Yield: 4 Servings

4ozSmallest Elbow Macaroni
2cCubed cooked chicken or
  2 cans Tuna
6ozButton mushroons drained and
  Quarted
1cCelery, cut up small
13 1/2ozPinnapple tidbits, drained
  Well
3ozCashews
  Mix together
  DRESSING
1tsGrated onion
1/2cFat-free Mayonaise
1/3cFat-free sour cream
1/3c1890 French dressing (I Used
  Kraft Fat-free Catalina)
1/8tsSalt
  Pepper to taste

Mix dressing in a separate bowl, then add to salad and mix together, Refrigerate overnight. The next day add 3 oz cashews mix well and serve.
